Made a callin order for pick up.I get there and my food isn’t ready I had to wait 15 minutes in lobby. I ordered the orange chicken combo and the food was bad. The chow mein has a sink water taste. Orange chicken was chewy. Rice was okay.

Where do I start. So my family took my dad here for his birthday because he wanted to go to a Mom and pape Chinese food restaurant. We try this place out. There wasn’t much people people there so we thought the service would be ok, we was wrong. The lady too 20 min to get to us. Never offered us drinks, went straight to ordering. We was ready so it didn’t bother us. After getting one persons order, stop us then leaves to do something else, comes back and proceeds to take our order. She seem snappy, no problem, maybe that’s how she talks. She wanted to charge us $4 per person to make fried rice without onions, and didn’t want to give my sister a water cup because she didn’t order, her and her husband was sharing a plate. The lady was very rude talking about “We need to understand her,” but her customer service was terrible from the start. This place is a joke. We paid for our drinks and canceled our order. I hope we can help someone for making the the same mistake we did, trying to support this local businesses. We ended up going to round tables down the street. Way better service.

I will never eat here again. I called first to place an order and I was placed on hold for ten minutes! I hung up and called again and no answer at all. I was close by so I went to the restaurant. Only one waitress working who took my order. I mentioned how I called and she said she was sorry because it’s just her.
