Not the best experience, from the moment I pull up to order a gentleman tells me it’s gonna 3 minutes to take my order in the drive thru. After my order was taken I get up to the window to pay $6.50. I give the young lady at the register 50cents and my debit card. She runs my debit card for the full $6.50 and hands me back my change. I can accept that, now I didn’t get a receipt for my order and I see when she’s handing me my bag of food that my medium melloyellow is on its side spilling on the counter. She just picks it up and hands it to me doesn’t refill it to be full most of all doesn’t even wipe my cup down.. Horrible customer service no ketchup or barbecue sauce was in my bag as asked for my $6 YOUR WAY Meal..

Rude staff here. When I asked to switch out the buns to a non sesame seed bun, which they refused to do, was told I would have to order a chicken sandwich if I wanted a non sesame seed bun. That it was not possible to sub out buns. I asked if I could just get the burger without a bun and was told they could not do that either. Then they felt the need to talk about me using obscenities while talking about me and other customers, all of which could be heard from the dining room. Apparently, when another customer was checking to make sure the order was correct, it was frustrating to the staff.
