I ordered the House Enchiladas. First of all, the presentation of the plate was brilliant! It consisted of two enchiladas covered in red, white and green salsas, representing the Mexican flag. The flavor of the chicken was good, and the sauces were even better. The server was attentive, and the restaurant was clean. I’m glad I came to try it. I will be bringing my family to try.

Anyone saying this place has good food obviously does not know what real authentic Mexican or Tex- Mex food should taste like. Everything, from the chips & salsa is NO BUENO!! One time eating here is all it took for us. Will never be back! Yuck.

My husband and I go here every week. We absolute love this place. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Our waiter Ramiro is the absolute best and remembers our order every time we walk in the door. He’s one of the reasons we come weekly.

Came in and the manager pointed to a table for us to sit, did not greet us. The place is covered in conservative decorations, even states “supports israel” in multiple places. A drunk man came in and made inappropriate comments about Mexicans towards us while the manager watched and then was immediately attentive super polite and friendly to them. A black couple came in for the bar and they were ignored and left after 10 minutes of waiting around. Mind you there is also only one waiter serving the entire restaurant. Unless you are a conservative white customer, this place is not for you. Also the smallest portions I’ve ever received at a Mexican restaurant.

I was in town for lunch and chose this place because it was nearby and locally owned. We walked in and there was a guy cleaning the table, did not get greeted nor seated. We sat ourselves thinking maybe this is normal. Come to find out, the guy that was cleaning the table was the waiter and brought the menus 20 minutes later after seating ourselves. The chips and salsa also took forever to be served, in the meantime I saw a couple that walked in and were given menus and chips and salsa as soon as they sat, please mind they are lighter skin. I paid close attention to the service between them and us and it was different. After finishing I asked for the waiter’s name and told him I did not appreciate the service he gave us and will not be returning. I really wish we would have gone to the other option (Abuelos) nearby because it really did ruin the mood. It saddens me for the way we were treated and DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’m for small businesses although some close because they lack the service (especially after reviewing other reviews). The food was nothing special either, I had the chicken enchiladas…they were cold.

It took 15 minutes to be given menus. The chips were stale and we even found a moldy black chip in the basket. The queso we ordered tasted like the cheapest fake cheese I’ve ever eaten, and after a few minutes it become crusty on the top. Our meals then came and it tasted like frozen processed food.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Allen. When we went in I had to do a double take. I guess the waiter noticed my expression and approached me. I asked if this was a restaurant. He said yes. The place was decorated in such a way that I thought we had walked into a bar. I’m all for the 2nd amendment, but we had children in tow and the decorations/atmosphere was too adult. We were in a rush so we just stayed for lunch.

Well. Got the “parrillada” fajitas for $19 and it was very disappointed. 3 skinny hot dog size strips of sausage, 4 skinny strips of chicken and beef in a massive bed of onions. Beans was more like bean puree. Rice and pico was OK, same as the cup of thin queso. Service was fine but there is nothing you are missing here

I highly recommend this local small business with quick service, and great food at reasonable prices! I will definitely eat here again! We ordered delivery and it came Hot & Super Fast. I hear the atmosphere and staff is really nice.
