We stopped in for an early lunch on our way through town, when we arrived the place was empty, but not 10 minutes later 13 more patrons arrived in various groups. There was only one waitress taking orders and serving, with only one cook in the back. Service was prompt and my coffee stayed hot the whole time. Very reasonably priced too.

It’s a very small and unassuming place but don’t discount it for one second. I had an incredibly good omelette with toast with fresh homemade strawberry and blueberry jam and fresh homemade salsa. The lady and it was a very pleasant surprise!

This place is amazing! It has the small town greasy spoon vibe, with a foodie bent. They had ripe tomatoes in January. In the summer they grow their own produce. Every thing we had was delicious.

The food comes in large portions plenty enough to share! The staff is nicr and friendly but I heard there is this no cell phone rule? If that’s the case that’s a good way not to get business. Besides that a very good place to eat!

Kate does it right. She has her own garden in the back, so all the veggies are home grown and you can immediately tell they are home grown.

Sign says open every day, 5AM. LIES! I went Monday Sept 6 at 3pm, closed. Tuesday Sept 7 10AM, closed. Wednesday Sept 8 6AM, closed. No other signs posted anywhere, nothing posted on their Facebook page. They clearly don’t care about customers wasting their time.
