It is exactly what I expect from Chinese delivery. They are fast, cheap, and the best compared to what is around, If you are looking for fancy Chinese food, then this is not what you are looking for. If you are looking for good Chinese delivery in Allen than take my advice and just stop looking and place your order. We normally order the lemon chicken as well as the cashew chicken, we are fans of the price, quality and quickness of delivery.

Ordered an hour ago online, still don’t have my food because apparently it’s my fault for not knowing that they don’t monitor their online service, and I called an hour after ordering to check on my order’s progress and they told me that they hadn’t even started it, and on top of that, they told me that it’d be ANOTHER 50 MINUTES until my food arrives. I live 6 minutes away. If you want to order from here just call, they don’t look at online service at all and you’ll be left waiting for two hours without food.

Terrible Service! Saturday night & the app would not allow me to order delivery at 9:15pm. I called & the woman told me she could not find our home on Google Maps. Our home was built in the 70’s, and I was looking right at it on Google with the address I provided her. The address I provided multiple times. When I said I was going to spend $85 but nevermind, her tone was one of relief for sure. My money won’t Ever go to this place!

If I could rate this less than one star, I would. Worst experience! After waiting an hour after placing an online order I called to check on it. They informed me that even though I recieved a confirmation email the order had not been recieved bc they did noy hear the online order buzzer go off. They said it would be an additional 30 minutes and that they no longer honored the online coupon (which THEIR website offered) so they would have to charge me for the item. To top it off the woman answering the phone was a complete jerk. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Did not offer to waive delivery charge or right their mistakes by not checking for online orders (on a Friday night). She didn’t even offer an apology. Ended up cancelling the order and throwing away the menu. I will never visit or order this establishment. I would recommend eating at a gas dtation before going here.

Received a menu on my door the other day. Today, I thought I would try it. The menu states they are open 7 days a week from 11am to 9:30pm. I ordered online at 1:45pm. Called at 3pm to check the status of my order. No answer and then I come to look at reviews and find that they are closed on Tuesdays!? I called the number on the menu and the phone kept ringing until it hung up.

Hands down thefreshest and most delicious Chinese food I’ve ever had!! Deluxe wonton is a light refreshing soup and the orange chicken is meaty,a little sweet and had a touch of spice. You will not be disappointed, a MUST TRY if you live in the area. Thanks Dragon deli for fresh food and fantastic flavor.

Terrible! I agree with the above reviews. Ordered the general tso chicken, honey sesame chicken, crab rangoons, and hot and sour soup. No flavor at all. The soup just tasted like liquid and the the meat just tasted like breaded chicken. No flavor in any of the food. The crab rangoons barely had anything in them, and they just tasted terrible on top of it all. The dipping sauce was gross as well.

Placed order online. Nothing for over an hour in the evening. Call both numbers, nothing but ringing. No mention anywhere on their website about store hours. Only by reading the terrible reviews do I find owner says they are closed on Tuesday. Post your damn hours online like any compent business owner would.
