I’m a New Yorker that’s spent the last 15 years in South Florida. I’ve had pizza in South Florida that comes close but just misses being NY pizza. Brooklyn Pizza was like being back in NY. The sauce, cheese, crust, everything was perfect. Even that little bit of heat in the sauce reminded me of being a teenager and grabbing slices. Bottom line, if you know pizza, and love pizza, and understand the way pizza *should* be, you’re coming here.
