Wings were good, sauces were good, everyone enjoyed their food, beer cheese was very good. Staff were friendly and quick. Place has a lot of TVs and a few arcade games inside. Bathrooms were clean.

We walked in and saw the “Bethany” light up board, 99 cent traditional wings, we were all about the Bethany special. And get this….the bartender’s name was BETHANY. Bethany apparently is an equine fan, cool logo with a golden bronco on her sweatshirt. She killed it pouring our beers, she seemed to not hate her job and laughed at my awesome jokes. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered 16 traditional Caribbean jerk wing and it was bland. Not seasoned well at all. We asked 3 times for a straw for our daughter, and my brother in law had to go behind the bar to get one. My husband and bro in law asked for a second pitcher of beer and it never came. We sat down and it took at least 15 – 20 mins for someone to come and greet us. $76 for a poor meal.

Food was hot, fresh. Wings did not come with celery or carrots. Some of the wings were over cooked. Really awkward tiny (4 in?) thin paper plates. One server for the entire restaurant made it difficult.

My burger was juicy but the bacon was not cooked well, the fat was not rendered and was chewy. I ordered extra crispy onion rings and jalapeno poppers and ther were not crispy ar all (we broght them home to fix them) my husband loved the wings. The music was horrible and horrifically loud; even after I asked them if they could lower it it was dificult to converse. Mostly older people there.

They’ve messed up my order significantly the last 2 times I’ve placed orders online. When I call they’re never able to process a refund because the people on staff don’t have that ability for some reason. Both time they say they write my name and number for management to call back the next day, both times nothing happened.
