I spent 87$ last night, not only was half the food wrong but the food was packed so tight that when I pulled the paper bags out of the big plastic bag all the food came out the bottom of the brown bags because it was so packed tight and all the condensation. The tacos were bent in half all of them broken from being so tightly packed. It was a big waste of money and will never go back to the gardner location again.

I don’t think the workers know how many of the burritos are made. Or pay attention to anything they make I ordered a burrito twice and it was completely off both times like COMPLETELY OFF absolutely nothing in it other than refried beans and the burrito doesn’t even come with it? If they just made the food the correct way I wouldn’t have any issues

Taco bell was a mess as always. We couldn’t understand a word the girl on the drive thru was saying, so we just went with it, saying yes and ok and hoping we got our order right. We did to some extent. Food was the same as always, everything tastes the same no matter what you order. The young guy at the pay/pick up window was really polite, accommodating and friendly.

Rude order taker. Impatient with questions asked. As if I should know attitude + gossip. Ordered our food they gave me wrong order. Then charged me again for same item I asked for. Rude manager matched employee vibe. Sad glad we have a kfc/Taco Bell but they despise customers

Cashiers are friendly. Food is terrible. Little to no meat/chicken in tacos or quesadilla. Food is made like they are throwing the ingredients across the room to make it. Done coming here, one in Fitchburg is far better, believe it or not.

I recently have been so disappointed with multiple visits to our local Taco Bell. Their service is quick and efficient, their staff is kind, but quality has been suffering. The past few visits I’ve gone, all of my food tends to be lacking in some way or another. Crunch wraps with no meat, quesoritos with no cheese. I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but I do believe that if I order food, it should come as described. It’s more worth it at this point to drive to Leominster and go to Moe’s.

They listen to one of my earlier reviews. It took a while but they finally updated the interior of the. Brought it more up-to-date for a Kentucky fried Chicken. There’s now a big Red Barn Yard wall which looks great, and pictures of the colonel and more. The chairs and tables have been updated as well. it’s more comfortable sitting down and eating there now that it was for a very long time, which kept me and my family away. There’s some new faces on the staff, a few more smiles, and they’re doing a good job getting the orders out. Happy to increase my star rating.
