Why can you not do zero stars? Honestly I think the health department should be in there. Employees coming in not dressed, hitting the back out of uniform. Employees coming out of the bathroom where I know they didn’t wash there hands because the sink was dryas I passed them going in. They had on their apron too. In the bathroom. Going over and haveing a loud conversation with a customer where the woman is crying at a disturbing level after. The place smelled moldy near the drink machine. The food though? Yellow chicken. It looked as if it had been sitting long enough for the meat to turn. Except I heard the lady constantly saying she was out of this or that. I didn’t get buiscuts with my meal and when I asked for some she said how many. Like know your menu lady. We threw our 40 dollar meal and just left. That’s why people would rather go across the street and wait forever for food than eat at your establishment. And on the way out the crew had the nerve to be arguing with a woman that she wasn’t short changed chicken. Just apologize and give her what she’s missing. I’m praying we don’t get food poisoning from the little we did eat but I can guarantee we won’t be back.

This place was filthy on the outside, went through thre drive through, ordered a large chicken sandwich meal. They charged me for the meal and a large fry. My total was clearly higher when I got to the window, and I told the young lady I just ordered 1 fry with my meal, to which she responded, you only have 1 fry.

This isn’t the best KFC in town. They run out of sauces often, they forget to put your condiments in the bag (ranch, ketchup, honey) so make sure you check before leaving and the food is warm but not very hot. It’s kind of greasy but still edible. I won’t be back for a while.

Always “out” of original whole wings and always a long wait. You can never get what you came to order. There is no sense of urgency to service customers..the workers there including the managers drag around as if they can’t be bothered with taking orders. .They often are “closed”, or “not frying anymore chicken” … well before the advertised closing times. Very unfortunate. Especially on a major intersection.

Drive thru order, our order was given to the driver in front of us, we then had to park and wait for fresh food again but the driver ahead walked in and got his correct order so guess what, I believe they gave us that order because when they brought our food out, for it being remade it wasn’t even HOT! OK KFC shame on you

This is place is trash. Kfc needs help. Now I know why everyone goes to Popeyes. Employee are arguing in front of customers the table is dirty. No management at all. The only person is presentable is the cashier. Had to go inside to order, why y’all have a drive-thur if you can’t use it.
