Absolutely LOVE the new design on the inside! Seems to be much more spacious and “modern”(not that it really matters since we all come for the food lol). Friendly staff always working here. They move quick too,even when it’s packed. Everyone seems to be addicted to their tea(which I have yet to even try oddly enough). I ALWAYS get the “McAlister Club” and it is DELICIOUS! Beautiful masterpiece when you look at it layered with goodness(see my photo). Go try one for yourself. Hopefully I’ll branch out to other menu items so I can come back and update! OH and this club always comes with free chips of your chose!

Myself and my family went to this location to spend some gift cards that my wife received earlier in the year. The parking lot looked full, so I was worried the place would be packed with no place to sit. Upon going inside, though very busy, there were plenty of places to sit and the line moved fast. The young person who took my order was polite and very friendly. We received our food within 3 minutes of sitting down and the tables were clean. I needed at least 3 refills while eating and the counter help was fast at addressing this need. The place seemed to be a well managed location. I’ll be back.

I normally would give 5 stars to McAllister’s but today..I unfortunately had to give then 3 stars due to not having any chicken in my Ceaser chicken salad. I will say the potatoe salad was on point though. Please add in the chicken next time.
