It’s always yummy at JCW’s! I love the variety of their menu. Something for everyone including kids. Healthy options too. The bathrooms were small but clean. They must have forgotten about my friends order (but then we found it melting on their counter). But other that that, it was fast service and we had a good time.

Was 2nd in line at the drive thru, waited 40 minutes while we watched the car in front hand their card 4 times and then walk to an ATM across the street. Finally our food was brought out and were were served could fries and melt shakes. Please do better. We were 2nd in line. 40 minutes while our food just sits is insane, especially at a drive thru.

Always wonderful food. More than you can or should eat. They give you awesomely large portion sizes. I always leave full. Simple bacon cheeseburger and fries tonight, but everything here is amazing. Does not disappoint.

Dined in on a busy Monday evening. Ordered the chili burger, hot wings, cheesy fries and a BBQ burger. We each got a shake as well. The shakes came first, followed by our entrees. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. The lobby was clean despite it being busy. The food was prepared well though they forgot our bacon and jalapeños we paid to be added to the cheesy fries. The shakes really aren’t shakes, they are more like a large cup of ice-cream with toppings mixed in. (There is no way you could use a straw). The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot. The only complaint is that for three people it was $65. For $20+ a head we felt it wasn’t worth it. They offer food to go and have a drive through.

My shake was fantastic. However, when I paid $7 for a shake I was expecting a large or medium. I got a small. I was very disappointed with the size and price. I understand prices have gone up but geez, that’s ridiculous. I will probably go to Iceburg down the road for shakes in the future.

The steak sandwich was okay. For what you pay the portion is not a lot. The ribeye is also chewy. I think you’d be able to give better portions if you did tri tip and slice thinly. It was the first time going there and the reviews look fantastic and I look forward to trying something different. I’m sure it’s delicious!

Have you ever had cheeseburgers or chicken strips here before?! If not, you’re in luck. This is just about as good as it gets. My family and I are repeat visitors. We are from out of town, but if we are driving through, it’s a must have. I would argue your dining quality, taste, and experience here is far better than In-N-Out Burger. Loads of food to choose from. Have it your way, just about any way you want it. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. The whole place was packed and surprisingly VERY clean. I can’t say enough good about this place. Would eat again!

JCW’s is always a fabulous place to eat. Though, I wouldn’t call it “fast food.” They have great service and atmosphere, but they’re always a bit slow. But in this case it’s a good thing! They always put in a lot more time into their food, so it’s always on par and well worth the wait. And it doesn’t matter if it’s burgers, fries, strip, or shakes, it’s always done with care.

I went in for lunch and had the pastrami sandwich, I had bought a card to support the local football team. I handed it to the guy at the cash register it was bygo he rang it up and still charged me for both. When I brought it to his attention his comment was ” I gave you 2 dollars off for senior citizens discount. That was great but was a lot less than discount than it should have been. In the end it was worked out instead of a refund he gave me a gift card for there.
