I was visiting friends in Lincoln & we decided to go to supper before I left town. Apparently, they frequently patronize Rio Grande. I know why: we were seated immediately, the waiter got us drinks & then took our order. The chips were hot & the salsa cold. We barely got started when our entrees were served. Each of us had something different and everyone gave the food two thumbs up.

We visit everytume we’re in the area! They customize the food exactly how you want! I wanted a taco with chorizo, pastor, and cheese. I asked if they could add the Pina(pineapple) sauce/marinade, and they Did! It was amazing, to say the least! Definitely, refer this restaurant!

First time we’ve tried this restaurant and we’ll definitely go back! There’s another Mexican restaurant in town and I’d recommend Rio Grande over the other in a NY minute! I had the carnitas. They were good. Slightly dry but overall satisfied. Hubby got the chicken fajitas and the FIL got the steak fajitas… MIL tried their beef chimichanga and she loved it! The guac didn’t taste home made but it was decent. I’d give them a 3.5 but couldn’t. They were better than a 3 – we’ll definitely be back again!

Outstanding service and authentic Mexican food. The entire restaurant was immaculate and decorated with vivid painted wood carvings of traditional Mexican culture. Staff was friendly and efficient.
