I’d give 5 stars because the food is always phenomenal but… the lack of standards for how each employee makes the food, sometimes i get more food then i can handle and sometimes like today it’s super skimpy then when I asked for another scoop it was like I was asking for a million dollars, also the style why separate the beans and meat i and I’m sure many other people enjoy the food items mixed togther. Yes i can mix it myself but on the days i get heavy scoops theres no room to mix without making a mess. I’m positive there is training involved and a standard on how to make each item should be employed and enforced while making the bowl or burritos so that is why I’m giving 3 stars phenomenal food but some aspects of service needs to be adjusted by management and or corporate.

Heather made our dishes and the amount we were given was amazing. Super welcoming and made our food to perfection. Mya (not sure of spelling) was super kind and caring and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much! Will definitely make this our new home Chipotle!

pulled up at 9:25pm on a saturday, they close at 10om./ the manager said theyre done taking orders. i asked “I thought you close at 10pm?” she couldnt give me an answer and told me to do it online but the online service would close in 5 minutes. everyone seemed bothered and half the lights were off and the chairs were up. they clearly were shutting down early… i wonder if upper management knows about this.

Dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Chicken Bowls were just ok but chips were stale an soggy. Only bright spot was gal taking orders smiled and greeted like all fast food restaurants should. Both of us used bathrooms which were dirtier than the nastu eating area you could tell no one mopped floors or cleaned around urinal and toilets in weeks. Never going back to this craphole.

We were there on Saturday March 25th at 2 pm. The place was disgusting. Everything was filthy, there were no tables cleaned, food all over the floors. When I asked them to clean them they said no. The restaurant was not busy although there were several people in line, there were 6 or so employees but most were just standing around. It will be awhile when I come back. Last thing there was an employee putting on the toppings then would ring us out, then either the same gloves go back to putting toppings on. Seriously?!
