Really enjoy this pizza here. Not my favorite go to, but the pizzas are very unique. Very smoky flavored due to the wood ovens. The toppings can be unusual, but still flavorful and tasty. Have been back several times and the pizzas and salads are very consistent. I enjoy the change to servers. The staff are always welcoming and friendly.

Authentic Neopolitan pizza. They recommend 1 pizza per adult and it was great. Crust had the right amount of crunchy and chewy texture with the perfect amount of oven flavor. Toppings were good but if you put on more than 3 it could get soggy. This is not American style pizza.

I wish I dined in! We were on time crunch so we got ours to go, yet it was so tasty! The place is such a vibe, with vibrant & pizzazz decor. The pizza was thin, fresh tasting. You can taste the authentic ingredients! It doesn’t make you feel bloated and bleh like most pizzas, which was s plus! I would highly recommend this place for a pizza craving. Additionally the staff were so friendly and attentive! Which made the experience that much better! 10/10

Nice new pizza place in Springfield. Delicious pizzas in the style of Napoli show why it’s the best kind of pizza. Classico has a bit more cheese than margherita, both are delicious. Crust is thin, charred, and crispy – very delicious with the tomato sauce and cheese.

Best Italian pizza hands down in the area! Pupatella even beats many Italian pizzerias in Italy. What!? How can I say this? Because Pupatella does “Verace Napoletana” pizza, or in other words officially certified Neapolitan style pizza. Naples does the best out of any place in Italy for the dish (other pizzerias in the rest of the country don’t even compare if they’re not Neapolitan style). They use the freshest ingredients, the same ones used in old Napoli from the Campagna region of southern Italy and cooking style. It’s delicious!!!

My wife and I stopped and had a very enjoyable lunch. The restaurant is bright and pleasant with nice furnishing and seemed very clean. Our server was pleasant, helpful and made good recommendations regarding our order. The side salad was all arugula with tomatoes and olives and a very tasty simple dressing. The single side salad was plenty for the two of us. The pizza was done quickly and it was delicious. I thought the price overall was reasonable.

Very good neighborhood pizza restaurant. They have beef pepperoni and beef bresaola options if you don’t eat pork which we don’t eat. Pizza size is enough for one person (or two people with an appetizer) and prices are reasonable. Looks like this place going to be our family pizza restaurant

Normally, we love, love Pupatella, but tonight they really failed us. We have family from out of town and preordered (at 5) 8 pizzas for pick up at 6:30. We showed up on time, but ended up waiting 45 minutes to get our order. Others came and went with their orders. We just waited and waited. Finally one of the teens in the waitstaff came by to explain their had been an issue with their system. We still had to wait 15 minutes after that.

The sauce flavor is enjoyable, quality dough and ingredients. They are overstaffed; yet customer service needs to improve. They don’t tell you that you order at the counter and then take a seat to receive your drinks and food. Also, everything is paid separately including the cheese.
