The food was great! I had the corn chowder with lump crab and the thai coconut shrimp. Both were well prepared and great flavor. The issue was the service. Every single person at the bar had their order messed up. She couldn’t get anything right with any of the customers. Too bad because with all the great choices in town this will not be mine.

I have never left a review for a restaurant before, or anything for that matter. I felt obligated to post here after a recent trip to the bonefish grill, a place I have been to many times. I ordered the lilys chicken and she had ordered the Atlantic salmon. After enjoying a few drinks we received our food. Mine had to of been the most bland dish i have ever had in my life and she barely even touched her salmon after trying it. We talked to the on staff manager and he basically told us that if we wanted flavor, or something good, we should not have ordered such basic dishes. I would of been happy if we both were able to get our meals replaced as we sat there with hardly touched meals. We frequent the West end quite a bit, and enjoy nice meals out very frequently but we will absolutely never even consider coming back to this place. Quite unfortunate as I’ve been here at least 2 dozen times and never had an issue in the past. What terrible, rude, customer service from the manager.

Brit was our server and she was very pleasant, attentive, and knew the menu well. The food was delicious – the Bang Bang Shrimp starter tasty and neatly presented, the main entrees nicely proportioned – the seafood-stuffed tilapia was delicious, the Jasmine rice was a little undercooked/had a bit more crunch than I’d like, but had a nice flavor, and creme brulee had a nice consistency and taste. Will come back again!

I work in the area, and often go sit at the bar for their lunch menu. Birdie is often always my bartender, or server and she is WONDERFUL, she always knows everyone who sits at her bar by name. I brought my friends in this weekend, and we got waited on by Jasmine who was also fantastic. They really take care of you here, the prices are reasonable. Lunch menu is very reasonably priced.

I went there tonight for the first time. The service was very good, but I was not impressed at all with the special I had with shrimp and scallops and definitely thought it was not worth the price. They put it in a bow with big pieces of bread on the bottom to make it look like there was much more than there was. It was also supposed to have a vegetable medley, but all it had was onions and peppers. My table all felt the same way on their meals except the one who just ordered fish – I would stick with that if you ever go there.

One of my 2 favorite seafood restaurants. Food is fresh and delicious. The Maryland crab cakes and the sea bass are my favorites so far. Staff is friendly and helpful! Prices are slightly high but the food value is good.

We went to Bonefish Grill on Valentine’s Day. We had the special of salad, steak, lobster tail, mashed potato and chocolate crème brûlée. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. My only complaint would be for the portion received. All the portions seemed to be reasonable with exception to the mashed potatoes. The provided a small scoop of them with the meal. Personally, they would have doubled this for sure. Other than that, no complaints.

We had reservations for 7:30 and were promptly seated. The server was very quick to approach our table. That was the end of the positive. The waiter was attentive until we both said we didn’t drink alcohol.. I did order berry fizz drink.. 25 minutes later no drink. However the couple that was seated 15 minutes after me received theirs include in the same drink I ordered . Flag down our server and asked him where Our drinks.. Including water were and he stated the bar tenders were very busy. I pointed out the couple next to us had there’s even though they sat down later than we did . He came back with our beverages 5 minutes later.. The food… The bang bang tacos were delicious. The sea bass inedible. Charred on the outside but jelly on the inside. Uncooked.. It took 15 for the waiter to show up again. At this time he brought out our bread…? It was sent back to be cooked more, but quite frankly it just tasted awful… I could taste the chat for hours… Sorry to say I not only don’t recommend, most definitely will not go back.

The good news is, I don’t have to go back. The fish, which I selected because the name suggested it might be a good choice, was a Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout. Between the excess of cheese and butter, it was overly oily and way too salty. When I retreated to the “safety” of the fresh broccoli, the excessive amount of butter on it completely destroyed any vegetable taste. I will say at least 2 of the others in my party liked their meal, and the server was polite and appropriately attentive, but given that there were 5 of us at the table, the odds are not in favor of a return trip.

Every time I go here I leave happy guy. Atmosphere, food and service are stellar. Management is doing something right because every server is very knowledgeable. Chefs know how to cook good food and seafood is seasonal. Go there and enjoy
