We walked past this place on our way to our car and decided to get something to take home. I was a little reluctant because I didn’t think our food would be a good representation of their product since we had a 20-25 minute drive home. We ordered a small order of Hot Mala wings with cole slaw and an order of fried dumplings. I wanted to eat them as soon as we got to our car but my wife tossed them in the back to prevent me from doing so. When we got home, I opened the containers and everything looked great. I sampled the dumplings first, two thumbs up! The cole slaw, two thumbs up. The wings – another two thumbs up (nice and crunchy, a bit of sweet, and a decent amount of heat). We both said we’d go downtown just to get these wings – they were that good, as was the other two items. Can’t wait to return!

I lived in South Korea for two years and basically lived on ddeok-bokki (떡볶이). It is my favorite Korean dish and I have never been able to find some in Cincinnati that resembles the flavors and taste of Korea’s street food. However, bb.q’s dish tastes very close to the real thing in my opinion. It is incredibly delicious and their serving is generous. It is sweet with a kick, and includes fish cakes.

Went before the eras tour. They were sold out of boneless wings which sucks. So we just got some fries and dumplings everything was fairly good but nothing out of this world. Would have loved to try their chicken.

Ummm….well it was amazing when they just opened. So I went back today to get it but more than half of my chicken didn’t have sauce on. They forgot my soda. It was for a birthday party but man…kinda disappointed. But the ones that had sauce on was good.

Got the cheesling fries, cheesling chicken, Gangjeong chicken, and spicy galbi chicken. We were aware that fresh chicken would be a wait, but when we ate our chicken, it was just warm, not hot. My suspicion is that the sauces were cold and made the chicken cold too – in fact, the Spicy Galbi chicken sauce was so cold.
