We have tried every Chinese takeout establishment in the POB area and never found one that we enjoyed… until Nice Day opened. My entire family enjoyed the meal from beginning to end, and we cannot wait to go back. The quality of the food is exceptional, and the taste is fantastic. What makes them unique as well is the customizability of their dishes, for example, changing the sauce or individual ingredients. The staff is pleasant, and we hope they do well! It is a little pricey, which is my only complaint, but what isn’t expensive today?!

One of the best Chinese takeouts I’ve had in the New York/Long Island area. Nice Day does the American-style Chinese but with less oil, and it’s prepared fresh (you can taste it) with fresh ingredients. They also have some new Dim Sum items that hit the spot and are great for people who like Chinese food, but haven’t tried Dim Sum. They do take-out and delivery, which is super convenient. My kids love the cheeseburger spring roll…

I’m a returning customer and must say, the flavors are so tasty without being oily or too saucy. Had a few different items in past few weeks from the menu and even the pick your own protein, vegetables and side combo, whereas everyone in the house really enjoyed the meal(s). Second time ordering soup dumplings and the Fried rice with egg was super yummy. We will return and promote this business.

We were so excited to try a new take-out Chinese restaurant in Plainview. We spent $66 trying different dishes. Well, we threw the entire meal down the garbage disposable as the food was tasteless and really, just plain lousy. In this time of rising prices, we lament that we were ripped off with inedible food. I guarantee that they will be out of business very, very soon. Don’t bother trying it….you’ll regret it, just as we did.

This location takes over what was wongs noodle town. I found the food to be very mediocre to subpar. Especially the classic egg roll. This tasted like something you would buy from the grocery store with what could be described as pork. In terms of pricing it was a bit high for the area and when compared to surrounding chinese restaurants.
