Ordered 2 pizzas nothing tricky. At the hour mark the tracker said the pizzas were still in the oven. Called they said door dash had picked my order up. Called door dash. Door dash driver had not picked up the pizzas. Looked back on the tracker. Tracker page was not there. They didn’t make my order and blamed door dash. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. It’s not the first time this has happened. Or get my food and it’s wrong. I would give you zero stars. And I used 200 points that wasn’t put back in my account. Dude I talked with said he would put a $20. Credit on my account still waiting for that too.

First I am going to say this. I know everyone has the right to do what they want, but when it comes to delivering I don’t think smoking in a car with customers pizza is ok. I could smell the smoke on the box. I didn’t get the delivery person name but she drove a gray suv with things on top to carry canoes. I would recommend teaching your employees that smoking with customers food in car is not ok.

Honestly I was very pleased, I usually order Dominoes but pizza hut was what was in town. After other reviews I was a bit apprehensive but a local recommended this location, and I gave it a shot. Friendly, professional, on time, and delicious.

This is the second time this week I have ordered food and it’s been disappointing each time. Overcooked pizza and cheese sticks and they basically didn’t even put sauce on the pizza to begin with. Will be ordering dominos or Mazzios from now on.

Horrible experience. I stayed at a hotel in Mt. Vernon while traveling. Ordered from this pizza hut, I received a pizza that was so burnt on 1 side it was black. When I called to let the manager know, he acted like it was no big deal. He didn’t offer any solutions like a new pizza delivered or money back, nothing until I said I needed a new pizza. Currently waiting on that new not burnt pizza 45 mins later. After calling again, the only thing that was said by the manager is we are busy & working on it. No apologies, nothing. Who knows if we will even get the pizza or not. Would give zero stars if possible
