Everything was fresh & on point. We ordered: Unagi roll, beef yakisoba, chicken yakisoba, chicken katsu, & a side- filet mignon! The yakisobas & katsu came with miso soup & salad. Salad was suppose to have cucumber & tomato they forgot those items on 2 of our salads- not a big deal since everything else is amazing & filling! The Filet mignon comes cut up in little squares (ordered median rare) & it’s cooked in fresh garlic- this was by far my favorite to try! The yakisoba noodles were cooked just right with just enough sauce- not too much, not too little. The chicken katsu was crispy & juicy. Definitely will be back here again on my travels. Service & food amazing!

Very disappointed. Saw the good reviews so we went there on 12/31st. As the last dinner of 2022, it made us very disappointed. Tuna is ok. The salmon looked like smoked salmon, not fresh at all. If you leave them there for another 3 hours there, maybe they’ll turn into salmon jerky. Also that’s the thinnest sashimi I’ve ever seen! Can’t believe they call them sashimi. We waited for an hour for these things. The one star for the service and other food.

The service was very friendly and the food was pretty good. However, the sushi was disappointing. The fish and crab were ground up and wasn’t very appealing texture-wise, also the sushi didn’t taste as fresh as other Utah locations- which is already low standards as fresh sushi goes. They also saturated it in their special sauce so it tasted really sweet.

I have NEVER had a less than prefect meal at the Ninja. If your into steak and seafood, the hibachi fillet and scallops can’t be beat! The rolls are great quality, and they won’t disappoint. Watch for the busy times and try to hit it when there is a lul in the action.
