Service was nothing special and wait was long (despite it being not busy)…however, the food was the most disappointing. I loved Freddy’s back when I lived in AZ and was so excited for them to open here. Not the case anymore…our fries and chicken sandwiches were ice cold. There are other much better fast food places here in Cheyenne so I’d recommend one of them instead.

I counted the days for this restaurant to open, and it was worth the wait on opening day! The food is absolutely delicious, the drive-thru employees were so friendly and efficient, and they got our order perfectly right and out quickly once we were next in line! Amazing! Food and service were ok. However, the dining experience was absolutely horrible due to the fact of constantly having to swat flies from being on our food. Should have known this would be an issue with the horrible sewer smell entering the building. I certainly hope that they take care of both of these issues.

This place is an absolute disgrace. How can you give out a free combo meal card and we cant get our combo? Not to mention we were told that when we bought a cool kids club shirt that our kids’ custard cup would be free every time we come in. Turns out that isn’t the case and had to pay for that as well. Don’t see this place staying much longer. Especially if all they do is hand out empty promises. Good job Freddy’s. NOT!
