Excellent food in an unassuming place. Everything we tasted was extremely well done. I didn’t know you could order anything grilled without it being hickory grilled. I don’t like the smell that wood imparts to some dishes so I think this should be stressed by their menu or by the staff. I would have ordered a steak if it could be NOT hickory grilled. Other than that it’s worth the trip.

One of the greatest places not only in Georgia but the whole South. Staff is great. The servers take the time to answer any and all questions of their customers with a smile. They will bring your table an ice bucket for your wine or beer. I can’t wait for another occasion to eat here. Save room for desserts, they are out of this world.

This is a go-to date night for my wife and I. Whether it is pork, duck, steak, or chicken piccata the meals are absolutely fabulous. We also love the bread they bring at the beginning – top notch food in a great atmosphere. We actually prefer bringing our own drinks in as well.

Food we ate was good. The waitress seemed mad to be alive. She starts by telling us they are out of filet mignon, New York Strip, ground mignon, snapper, scallops and numerous other items. Basically they only had shrimp, tenderloin and chicken. So our entire party had either tenderloin or chicken. The prices are astronomical! The exorbitantly priced meals come with NO sides! That’s right, you have to either pay $8 or $10 PER side. So my wife and I had a single grilled chicken breast and a single piece of pork tenderloin. She had a side salad and I had fried potatoes. We both drank water. The bill was $78!! Compare that to today. We are eating at Sweet P’s at the Palladium in Rome GA. It is all you can eat for all items. So we can eat BOTH grilled chicken, pork tenderloin and also meatloaf, spaghetti, chicken tenders, country fried steak. We can choose from 12 vegetables and sides, a salad bar is included as well as dessert options and our drinks for approximately $15 per person. The quality and taste of the food is better as well. And they NEVER run out of food. The staff is extremely pleasant, friendly and professional. With restaurants like this as the competition, I don’t understand how Canyon Grill stays in business. We fell for it once just to try it – but would never go there again. What a huge disappointment.

We walked in thinking it was a hole in the wall grill with the neon sign out front and gravel parking lot and it looked like a barn, turns out to be an upscale very pricey restaurant. I ordered the steak and garlic potatoes, the garlic potatoes were very good the best I’ve ever had but the steak on the other hand had about a 1/2 inch of thick char on one side, completely tasteless and burnt and raw at the same time for $55!. To be completely honest I could’ve cooked a Walmart steak better then that. My fiancé got the Scottish salmon and the shrimp, again the shrimp was very good but the main course had a 1/2 inch of char on it and tasted awful. We will never be back. We paid 120 dollars to be thoroughly disappointed and would’ve rather gone to the pizza joint across the street.

This place is amazing. It’s low key and we did not expect what we found inside. The menu is full of amazing, delicious options. I had the red snapper, my wife and honey almond chicken and pasta. Even my daughter’s chicken fingers were next level and better than any other chicken fingers I’ve had. The service was awesome. They weren’t out of their way to accommodate my picky eaters. If you want an adult beverage you must bring your own wine, and glasses, and bottle opener. Everything was quick, getting seated on a busy night, the service, the food coming out. We loved it and can’t wait to go again!
