i go to dunkin every every single day, i have gotten to know the employees there and they all know me and know what i do, all i had done was jog a from the bathroom to my seat. after that i was kicked out, my friend went in there and did something immature, and they decided to kick every single customer out. my friend had to finish his food so we were sitting in the part of the entrance in between the two doors, doing that resulted in the manager to threaten to call the cops, i am not sure if she did it or not because i got out of there as soon as she picked up the phone. all the other dunkin employees are fine with how we are and there was no prior warning to getting kicked out. later i was told i was banned. horrible service

The first time I went it was okay, second time I had to throw everything out. The croissant was incredibly stale and tasted like lighter fluid and that coffee was so so bitter. I asked them to confirm it was decaf coffee and they could not and would not remake it. Definitely an off day but I’m not willing to let them ruin another morning like that. Pass.

I got a coffee yesterday before work and they must have been cleaning the machine and accidentally brewed coffee or something because there was soap suds in my coffee and it tasted like straight chemicals. Threw it out and am just done getting bad coffee from dunkin now, even though it’s more expensive (by one dollar) I can get my same order and always have it taste perfect at Starbucks.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts drive thrus ever!!! Line is always all the way out to the street. Takes 20 mins to get thru the drive thru line. Service is awful, not friendly by any means. Out of munchkins and it was only 11am. Just horrible experience every time I go. Wish there was another close to my home.

By far the worst Dunkin literally in the history of all Dunks. I live in Millis and go here simply out of convenience, yet every time I leave I wonder why not just go to Medfield or Medway. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever received my full and correct order. Always slow, always rude, always a hassle. Embarrassment to Dunks. They changed the exterior, sadly the inside operation is still a cluster. Avoid at any and all costs.

I come to this DD in the morning between 8-830 once a week. The drive through staff is nice. I order a ham / egg and cheese and ask them to put the cheese in the middle. They do it right each time! I appreciate it because I’m watching my calories and I take the top English Muffin off to save 70 calories!

This Dunks is a mess! The staff is usually always someone different then the last time I came, and they are always rude and look like they’d rather be anywhere but there. There are a couple nice older woman during the weekend but the rest of the staff are young and disrespectful! While in the drive thru if I happen to order more then 1 thing they start huffing and puffing. This last visit was the absolute worst. Of course the drive thru was irritated because I had the balls to order 3 coffees and then want some food! Of course my order was wrong! So instead of complaining I ran in to grab what I wanted and pay more money. So I ordered was rang up and then paid. They the girl ran me up again and when I asked if I just paid, she said I don’t think so I need to ask. I said forget it since it was only for some munchkins and PAID AGAIN! Definitely not coming here again anytime soon!
