I did not like this as much as I thought I would. They wouldn’t let us sample so I wasn’t sure what to get as it was my first time. The rice was good but the meat I chose, I didn’t like. It may have just been a bad choice that day. My sister however loved hers so I would recommend this place.

Worst location ever been to. Never have enough food prepared, sometimes undercooked. When you do get, 2 tablespoons of beef for almost 9 dollar bowl of beef/broccoli. Management and staff are not concerned about courtesy or your opinion. Witnessed this attitude since opening. The drive to another location would be worth it…

Unfortunately they had no black pepper chicken and no mushroom chicken.. both items I came for originally …..when asked about why there was none I was told its not a popular product and must wait for it to be prepared… well unfortunately I’m on a time crunch so had to settle for the orange chicken and Beijing beef ..which both taste fine … building was kept up in a good clean order and staff was friendly

Absolutely disgraced at this behavior I will be reaching out to district and regional management so yesterday was just another day visit to my favorite restaurant now not so much sure I would ever spend a dime in this place I and several other women of color were in line at this location I went to wash my hands while my fiancé stood in line the restroom was filthy n the drive thru headset was hanging on a baby seat I retrieved it turned it in the drink station was absolute disgusting so as I went to the line there were two other ladies in line stood for roughly 20 minutes at around 6 pm I believe it was as no one ever greeted us at least 7 workers were so fixated on bagging orders and drive thru orders not one worker was worried about the customer so finally after waiting 20 plus minutes the first young lady was called second customer 20 more minutes she just decided to leave no kidding the restaurant has footage I was able to video this encounter a little but we finally ask hello is anybody gonna greet us we were told that the online orders were more important and that they had to get to the people who paid first this is what they teach and what they are trained I guess this was utterly disgusting we were never acknowledged asked for the manager told to go online and that there were no managers so yeah absolutely disgusting behavior

I only get the Beijing Beef it’s always good. Only issue is, if you think your gonna show up a hour before closing for food, I can guarantee that the menu will be limited because they start to shut down early. I understand they’ve been there all day and wanna go home, so I don’t hold that against them, BUT this is a business

Kung pow chicken, orange chicken both with fried rice. Fried rice is bland. It lacks flavor and texture. The rice is hard. Chicken is hard dry and bland. The vegetables in the Kong pow flavorful however the pepper wash is the flavor out. The kids meal offers plenty of food to fill you up. But who wants to get full on food with no flavor.
