Not sure what to order knew what I wanted but didn’t see it on the menu. The employee then offered me a variety of options ( through the drive through speaker )actually recommended and substituted for exactly what I liked. EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the employee after 12 at night in the drive through . She deserves a raise or atleast an acknowledgement of excellence

Rude, sloppy and nasty are understatements to describe my experience. The lady taking our order was flat out dull and spoke to us as if we weren’t paying customers. I don’t live here, but if I did this is one place I would never return too. To top it off the food was made so sloppy. It’s funny because 2 of the workers were outback laughing with a customer in the drive thru before going back in to be rude to other customers. How does that work? Lol never again! I’d advise anyone if you want something quick just go somewhere else

About 5 times in a row, they’ve messed up our order. It’s been a combination of online and the drive through, but clearly the folks inside don’t read their tickets or care. This is truly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever dealt with. I joke to people that I’ve gotten nachos without cheese from here, but that actually has happened to me at this location! Never again!

The food was hot and I’m assuming it was made to order, the only downside was people inside with their shirts off, it usually wouldn’t be a bother to me at all but my great grandmother was with us and she didn’t take to that too well but besides that things seemed to be very good

The food was delicious, but they gave us someone else’s order, and we had to ask multiple times for hot sauce. They were not pleasant when we told them they gave us the wrong order and acted like it was not their job to give us sauce at the drive-through window.

Food was great! The reason I rated service low was because we ordered on the app and told them our name at the speaker and was told to pull around when we got to the window they told us a total, we said we paid on the app, the employee scolded us, with an attitude, saying “You’re supposed to tell us at the speaker of a app order “, we said we had, and then we were told to pull around and park to wait for our food.

Worst experience I ever had at a taco bell. Would have just left but already paid and waited FOREVER to get my food. Drive thru window worker didn’t say anything just waited for me to hand her my card and told me to pull to the front. We waited over 40 minutes to get our 4 burritos and drinks bc she told us to go to the front and then forgot about us. A worker that came in from break asked what we were waiting for and we had to tell him our order. And it was still 20 minutes after that for us to get it. Seemed like everyone was at break bc we watched several employees come and go while there was a line wrapped around the building. The food was friendlier than the people so that’s why I gave it 2 stars. It was definitely not ‘fast’ food.
