We just picked up the big New Yorker pizza and brought it home. Honestly it is the worst pizza we have had in a long time. We asked for extra sauce and there was almost no sauce on the pizza . It was also ice cold and dried out. When I called to express the disappointment in the pizza to there credit the offered to replace it but we said no, honestly we did not want to get a second terrible pizza and did not trust that the second one would be better

Shadey business practices. Honestly don’t bother with this place, Pizza Factory is way better and you will get what you ordered. The last time that we had our order delivered they missed cinnamon sticks that we ordered. They did not want to come back to bring the part of our order that was missed, understandably. But they did not refund us our money for the missed item, they “credited it to our phone number” so that we could redeem on a later purchase. Fast forward to trying to use that credit, and nothing can be found under that phone number. ORDER ANYWHERE ELSE.

Ordered food at 6:23 pm on a Wednesday night. $50 order. I’ve worked for Pizza Hut and know promo days can get crazy sometimes and I get longer wait times but it’s now 8:13. I called at 7:58 to see if I could get an update or ask if I could pick it up and was asked to be put on hold halfway through my sentence. Before I responded she was gone. Waited 5 minutes on hold before I gave up and hung up. A simple “it will be 20 more minutes” would have been fine as I’m a very understanding person I just would have liked an update. Hopefully my food comes soon. Not very happy though.

Order a pizza at 6:20 called the store at 8:15 they advised me that we had an 80 minute delivery time. We advised them that this was 120 minutes roughly and that they were way beyond their delivery time. The manager was very disrespectful and I advised her that I did not want our pizza anymore and that they could cancel the order. 15 minutes later the driver showed up with two because I left them on my front step she was very nice and advise at the store is very behind and has limited help. I hope that the ownership the store and does some thing to help these people. I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut in Spanish Springs.
