I called to order held the phone for ten minutes waiting for the lady to return to the phone she never came back. I redial the number another young lady answered the phone saying hello I ask is this Wingstop she stated yes as if very nonchalant, I decided no I’ll just order something else where. I won’t be ordering from there anytime soon.

Would not order from here again. It took about an hour and 15 minutes to get delivery, but it was Friday night so maybe they were busy. Order was completely wrong and the delivery driver had already left. We tried to call the store multiple times and no one answered the phone. So we drove to the store to try and get our order and it was crazy. No one knew which orders had gone out and which hadn’t. One employee found our receipt and said our order had never even been made.

The manager on duty refused to take any in house orders demanding that everyone order online or simply go somewhere else. She was very rude not acknowledging the customers at all instead telling her employee to relay the message to us. I have never experienced this behavior before at any other Wingstop.

Ordered online. Gives me a time for approximately 30 minutes. So an hour later, still waiting. There is zero coordination and people are all over the place waiting. By now management should of had lines set up and some sort of line management instead of barking out that they can only have 10 people in there. And this place is not cheap. Can go to a steak house for the same amount of money.

Ordered dinner online a few nights ago and it took 30 minutes longer than what the website said it would take. Went into the store tonight to dine in and the lady at the front stated that they were only taking online orders. With a full kitchen staff, and a fully functional dining room, I would have thought I could sit down after ordering. I simply left and won’t be back. Btw this isn’t the first time this has happened.
