I tried this place for a second time after a previous bad experience. Just ordered an Antipasto salad. There was barely any meat. The rest of the salad consists of chopped iceberg lettuce with a little tomato and green pepper. I can get a salad much more filling for around the same price, not even half a mile down the road at a different pizza shop.

Wonderful pizza with a great balance of flavors. Definitely a great New York style pizza with the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. As well the cheesy bread has enough cheese and flavor to no overwhelm the bread and make soggy. A wonderful pizza establishment in Morgantown. Definitely can’t wait to enough another slice soon!

I ordered a gluten free pizza and it is by far the best gluten free crust I have found in town. I almost couldn’t believe it was GF! The crust was comparable to a NY style pizza. It has just the right amount of sweetness and a bit of a crunch. Most GF pizzas around town are undercooked and floppy. I would 100% recommend this to anyone! The service was great as well. You ABSOLUTELY have to try this pizza. So delicious!

The large meat lovers pizza I ordered with extra toppings was a disappointment. With one drink…$36 all I could recognize was a few pepperoni and Canadian bacon. The crust was spot on and so is the taste. I just didn’t remotely get what I paid for. The young lady behind the counter, should seek another profession. She hands me a pizza to dine in and asks do I need a plate.. I asked for a cup of ice and I SWEAR i think she scraped the side of a deep freezer. I asked her if the container on the table was Parmesan (it looked like granulated garlic, brown-ish) her response was “I don’t know.” This place has the potential to be the best pizzeria in town…they just gotta step up the quality and customer service.

My wife and I recently relocated to Morgantown WV after living on the Delaware shore for a number of years. Before leaving Morgantown we were regulars at Milano’s Pizza in Morgantown – bar non the single best pizza on the planet. When we returned to the Morgantown area we heard “through the grapevine” Milano’s Pizza was no longer in business. Could this be true? In the interim, we searched Morgantown for a Milano-like pizza, but nothing filled the void. Miraculously, we received a tip the business was under new ownership. My initial reaction was one of guarded optimism. If the rumor is true the product must surely a knock off as the Milano recipe could not possibly be replicated. We eventually found Milano’s pizzeria in the exact same location we left it years ago – with a new owner. Would the new owner be worthy of the coveted Milano brand? On my first visit I was nervous as I looked over the pizzeria. After questioning an employee I learned the new owners had purchased the brand. As the pizza was being made I read about the sale of the restaurant and the new owners. I must say I remained hesitant until I purchased the first pizza. It only took one bite to realize we secured authentic Milano pizza again. Even their salads replicated the original Milano’s. We did not meet the new owners, but we want to thank them for keeping this important legend alive in Morgantown. If you are ever in the Morgantown area please take time to stop by Milano’s. You will be glad you did.

How do I get in touch with the owner? I’ve always had a pleasant experience even with the change of ownership. I don’t want to leave a bad review from 1 less than great experience out of several great meals. I just want it to be made right. Hopefully the owner can do that for me.

We ordered through their app and requested a pepperoni pizza to be made with a quarter of it cheese only. Not only was there pepperoni on the whole pizza but only a quarter of it had cheese on it at all. We had terrible customer service when we called about the error. I would not recommend this place. There are lots of better pizza places in town.

If you can avoid this restaurant if you wanna call it that I definitely would. I ordered a chicken salad to go and when I arrived to my house I opened the box and started to eat my salad until I came across three nasty long blond hairs within the salad. Needless to say I won’t be back to the location really disgusting…

We ordered calzones and couldnt finish eating them because they were flat out disgusting. The ricotta tasted curdled. I wont go there again. My gf is literally in the bathroom vomitting because the texture made her sick. Never again!
