Great food. Try the specials if you can. I had the shrimp tacos while I was there and they were very tasty. The service here is fast, friendly, and very attentive. Good options for the kids too. The restaurant is located in the Gin complex which has live music in the summer and is located next to scenic Nolan Creek. Will be back again to try more of the menu.

I do not like to leave poor reviews, but the food we had today was the worst I have had in a long while. My wife and I had the spinach wraps and our daughter got the macaroni and cheese. The wraps were very peppery and my wife actually could not eat hers because it was so bad. I ate mine with a lot of ranch, homemade and not bad. The fries were fine and the fried mushrooms were great. The fruit salad had salt in it? Possibly a cross contamination? The strawberry shortcake was dense and the strawberries were a glaze from a can, so not tasty. The chocolate lava cake was rubbery. The venue is cute and the beer selection is great! Price is fine for the area. I would never eat here again. Non-vegetarians might like this place though, as the other patrons eating meat dishes seemed satisfied. We also ate at 430pm, so it could have just been the cook at an off time. It was a waste of $50 for me and my family 🙁

Best place I’ve experienced so far in Central Texas! Great atmosphere.They treat you like family. And , have I mentioned 2 $ for a bottle of beer, even non- domestic? The service was superb! And my dog was treated like royalty. They gave her bacon, a bowl of water and she can come inside! I will be a regular!

Lunch at the Belton Bistro was great. Menu looks really good, I wanted to try everything. Went with the Reuben and a side salad. It was really good. Had cheesecake afterwards which was very good! Pricing and selection are perfect, in my opinion for what I got. I did see they serve beer and wine as well and they are cheaper than their neighbors. This will be a great place for my wife and l’s weekly lunch together. Its totally worth giving it a try just incase your wondering!

This new small business is located across from the Gin and has beer on tap and wine in addition to a full scratch menu. The wait was a tad bit long sometimes for the wait staff to follow up with the table but I chalk that up to experience and know that it will continue to improve the longer they are open. I had the Reuben with sweet potato fries and it was good. Highly recommended!

The food was really good, I had the club sandwich & my husband had soup and a wrap. Really enjoyed both. As well as a lovely atmosphere with a view of the river, the staff were extremely welcoming & friendly.

This place is a must try for everyone. You will not be disappointed……atmosphere is great, service even better and the food was to die for!!!! I so wish we lived closer to Belton…………it would be guaranteed that we would dine weekly there. Maybe we will get lucky and they will open a location in Lampasas!!! I visited on their first day open and the food was great! Everything is made in house…even their ranch sauce, which goes great with their fried mushrooms! I am so excited for this place and their vision and can’t wait to try more of their menu!
