This was one of the most horrible place to stop on the way to Charlotte to experience carowinds. We waited almost 40 mins just to eat inside and the fact that I wasn’t the only one waiting that long was even more of an experience. They just remade our food and not give us refund and food. Said we can have our food but no refund. Or refund and no food. I’m sorry I’ve already been waiting 40 mins to eat with a family of 5 that to me just isn’t right.

Poor service in Elkin. I didn’t receive all my food, they didn’t have the same deals as Wilkesboro and they were not friendly. The food I did get was good. If you eat here check everything before you leave.

The place is good but we asked them for Nashville hot tenders got home and our sauce looked like chuncky black vomit we were supposed to get pickles but we didn’t. They throw the sauce everywhere except the chicken. As the pictures show I didn’t go to kfc to get liquify sauced fries.

you see I am disabled low-income went there to get a 5 piece chicken tender meal and got home and it was a three-piecethat’s more than a $5 difference in price so I called a lady named Judith told me she dropped me down as a purple book well when I went there I don’t get to go to town often maybe once a monththey just could not find my name so I ordered it again it was delicious they got it right that time

Waited in drive thru for over 10 minutes. I believe they forgot our order. Was first told we had to wait on fries and to pull forward. After waiting 10 minutes I went in to find out the problem. The order was not even started and I was then told my order was waiting on chicken. I love KFC food but this restaurant needs to step up the customer service tremendously
