I typically will order from the app and pickup curbside. The food is always exactly as expected. I took a star off only because the app could use a lot of improvement. The two minute countdown thing at the end of the tracker is pointless because it freezes every. Single. Time.

Terrible customer service. I called at 12:28pm on 08-29-23 and the guy that answered the phone refused to help. He also refused to transfer the phone to a superior. We are a business and needed employment verification of a Domino employee.

If I could give zero, I would. I don’t review often but this food was actually that awful. Absolutely the worst pizza we have ever eaten. And I promise that is not an exaggeration. My husband and I ordered delivery tonight. 2 pizzas. I got a thin crust medium he got a hand tossed medium. Both pizzas were so dry and with literally zero moisture that we both said they tasted like “pizza flavored crackers”. My mushrooms and pepperoni were shriveled raisin-ish versions of what they maybe used to be. His hand tossed was a full on brick of stale bread with dried on toppings (maybe?- I almost couldn’t even tell if it had any sauce on it or what toppings he even ordered). This is the first time in years that we have ordered Pizza Hut and it will absolutely be the very LAST time. I’ve had dollar microwave pizza better than this. And we stopped buying THAT because it wasn’t worth the price increase to $2.

This was the nastiest pizza I have ever tasted at a dominos. I ordered 6 large boxes because the family had just gotten back from skiing and we were all tired and starving. I ordered 3 large’s that had cheddar, provolone , and parmesan on each one. They barely had any cheese on them and had air bumps everywhere. It was so dry and nasty. Not only that but the crust didn’t have any of the garlic butter sauce so it was extra dry and I felt like I was just eating dry burned bread. And one of the boxes had pineapples when on the order and the receipt , there was no pineapples on any of the boxes. I wanted to return back and give the pizzas back but everyone was too tired and too hungry and said they’d eat it because they couldn’t wait to order it again, then go pick it up, then come home. This shouldn’t happen and in the morning I will call and talk to the manager.
