The person that put my plate together was really rude. It seemed like it was a burden that I was buying food from her. The food had little flavor also. worst and unprofessional food place I have ever been. I ordered a bowl of fried rice and broccoli beef, and I got 4 pieces of broccoli with 3 little piece of beef and when I asked if I could get more beef, I was told it was going to be extra. The workers take long to take your request because they talk about their personal stuff while there is a long line out the door.

The manager Jonathan definitely doesn’t know what they are doing. He is extremely rude to new staff he snatches the orders from the staff and seems to be all over the place. Unwelcoming behavior. Their portions are also way smaller than any other Panda i’ve been to. Won’t be coming back ever. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Woman at the cash register the young lady, give me the wrong change back shortening me. She wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing she was more interested in talking to her friend. The food was subpar, the chicken egg roll was disgusting.

We are here eating ,all 6 employees are hanging out at the cash registers talking while the trash can is overflowing, only a couple people sitting down, and all the tables but one is dirty. I mentioned the trash can as I walked in and gal didn’t say anything. I hope the owner reads this. Appears that nobody on the clock today takes their work seriously today.

I politely mentioned that the sweet tea wasn’t sweetened and I was immediately lied to and told it was still brewing because the girls working were too lazy to get out of their chair to sweeten it. I’ve worked in restaurants for 16 years. You can’t tell me tea is “still brewing” when the machine is in standby and the tea is at a 2/3s level. Won’t be coming back

Terrible location. Waited 10 mins while noticing employees laxidasically cleaning instead of helping get the line down. Then when I got to the front of the line, half the entrees were out. The cook didn’t seem to be too concerned – he was busy cracking jokes with the other employees on the line. Ended up waiting over :20 for my meal, and wasn’t able to get what I wanted because I didn’t have time to wait. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Panda Express.
