I always see Yapopup’s colorful plates posted on Instagram and finally got the chance to try the food out for myself at CHOMP in Santa Fe! The pork belly tacos did not disappoint! I loved the diversity of flavors & garnish used and my favorite was the special pickled onions! I can’t wait to see what other unique flavors and dishes Chef Ryan comes up with next!
