Guys. I’m not the “bad review Karen type”. But this pizza should’ve been re-made. If this is really the standard, then please just stop now. One or two lumps is acceptable. But this doesn’t qualify as a professionally made pizza. Because I could’ve made this on my own and saved $48 tonight. With inflation the way it is, eating out is already unaffordable. So, please do better.

Tried the new stuffed crust pizza and although the cheese inside was good, our pizza was hardly cooked. Super light in color, the entire slice flopped over at the crust from being so mushy, and the slices weren’t even defined because there was just a heap of cheese on top. I placed an order her by accident from another state. My husband and I tried calling the store multiple times to cancel our pick up order. I waited on hold for 30 MINUTES!!! Still NO answer. I called several more times…They just kept picking up and placing me on hold. Customer service “put a ticket in” but could not help since they could not connect with the store. So aggrivating!!! Now I had to pay TWICE and might get my money back, but it was a $70 order and the food was now wasted because a manager would not speak to me?! What a joke.

Called to order a Shaw-a-Roni today at 5:15 pm waited for a hour. It never came so I called back around 6:00 pm. I was told it just left I’m only 3 minute drive from the place. At 6:20 I called back I was told the order was completed. Now I’m upset my babies are hungry we patiently waited fairly as told. I asked for the Manager she says I do apologize but the driver said he gave you the pizza. I said no one ever called my phone or arrived at my house. She states we will offer you a coupon on your number. Now I’m furious because we waited so long and the delivery driver lied about the order being paid for and delivered. Now I have to call and order pizza from another place because I can’t trust them anymore.

Ordered a Large pizza for my cheat meal on my diet. Got extra sauce, 3 cheese, pepperoni, bacon, meatball and jalepeno. I am not joking when I say this might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfect, the perfect amount of toppings, plenty of cheese and sauce. I really gotta give it to this Papa John’s, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend! (No, I’m not under the influence of Marijuana either lol.)
