Fish Street taco was very good. Crispy fish with spicy salsa and cilantro, very refreshing! Grilled chicken quesadilla was good, too. It came with a generous amount of tasty salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. It was very clean and fresh made from scratch. Very reasonable priced.

Delicious burritos! Definitely a a step above Chipotle. Fresh ingredients and nice selection of meats (I got chorizo). Trust me, get yours the Listo Way. Plus they have Mexican Coke the largest variety of Jarrritos I’ve seen! I’ll be back.

I have worked with Listo for several catering events and Manny is THE BEST around. The most incredible customer service and fantastic food. Their entire family and crew is incredibly kind. Couldn’t recommend more for a corporate event, or even just a nice lunch if you’re in the area.

Wow we loved this cute family owned Mexican place. We got carne asada tacos and a shrimp taco which we thought was a bit overpriced for the shrimp taco but after trying it we said it was worth it! Also the breakfast taco was heavenly. It’s a huge plus from me when a place has all day breakfast and it definitely hit the spot for me at 6 pm on a Saturday. I want breakfast all day no matter the time. The egg was a fresh egg too, not pre/fake scrambled eggs.

My wife and I stopped here on a whim and will be back! I loved my chicken chimichanga and my wife loved her chicken fajitas. But guys, the ground beef nachos hit different! Honestly they were like perfect nachos! I wish I’d taken pictures but I was too busy eating.

This place has the best carnitas I have ever had in Minnesota – and I’m a really big carnitas fan, so that’s saying a lot. They are a little pricey for the portion size, but what place isn’t these days? In summation, you won’t regret visiting Listo’s for your South American food cravings!
