I ordered a thin and crispy pizza. I pick up my order and it’s hand toss. The employee did not say anything to me i get into my car and see it’s not what i ordered. I go back inside he says oh i forgot to tell you we are out of the thin crust. Ok you couldn’t call me and asked me if i still wanted it. I don’t like the hand toss. This location needs to do better a simple phone call would’ve been more or just refund me my money cause this is unprofessional!

i ordered a pizza at 6:30 and was told they could do that because they close at 7:30. i understand if i was 10 even 15 minutes before closing but a whole hour?! the lady at the front was so beyond rude and acted like my business was an inconvenience.
