After a year of not coming back because they kept messing up my order. They still messed it up. Nothing has changed. I ate it because I only have 30 minutes for lunch and picking up the food takes 10-15 minutes. I have been making my own lunch since then but I wanted something else today. Disappointed. Can’t even eat the sandwich I wanted today.

I am not what wrong with Wendy’s any more especially this store. Wendy’s used to be a place for me and family to get together and enjoy good meal together. Not only food quality is down, the attitude of their staff is horrible. Tonight I had one of the worst customer experience ever where I wanted to make order for 7 meals. Somehow, the person who was taking our order had hard night or she was simply bad representative. She was rude, unprofessional, and didn’t want to take ohr order. She started to mock us and make noises … she really did not care and was so impolite and inconsiderate

NOT kid friendly. My husband and I brought our three elementary aged children to eat an early dinner. We ate in the dining room. While we were ordering, the cashier walked away to do something else. Strange. They were out of ketchup in the dispensers so we let them know. They didn’t refill them and didn’t give us any ketchup packets. They forgot two of our beverages and I had to ask for them. The part that prompted this review, however came after all that. While eating, the employees were very loudly talking and laughing, so loud that the whole dinning room could hear every word. My children started to listen. The young woman at the window cashier was dropping repeated F bombs while she was talking and laughing to the young man at the front counter. I decided to leave early, ushered my family out and went and told them that they were being extremely loud and my children could hear their swearing. The young man at the front counter sorta apologized but before I even left the restaurant, the woman asked him what I said and the man said “something about her children, I don’t even care.” My husband and I were incredibly disappointed. My children told me they heard the exact words they were saying. We have frequently enjoyed this restaurant as a family on many Fridays for years and have forgiven the occasional order mistakes. Unfortunately we won’t be able to come and enjoy dinner with our kids there anymore. I tried to call to speak to the manager and the phone was off the hook. “Busy” Which forced me to report it to corporate.

If you enjoy the sound of women yelling at each other in Spanish non stop, then this is the place for you. If not, then you might want avoid dining in this particular location. Not sure what is going on at this particular kitchen, but it’s super loud and it’s been like this for a long time.

Literally THE WORST WENDYS experience I’ve ever had. The lady taking orders at the drive through was extremely rude and condescending which happened to be a manager. The order ended up being completely wrong, all 4 of my meals were completely incorrect. If the MANAGER wasn’t so rude and I hadn’t been so far from the store, I would’ve went in to have them correct the order but instead of dealing with this very unpleasant person I skipped going back and instead just dealt with it. I do not recommend this location and will NEVER go back here.
