I’m from Raleigh, NC so I don’t get to have Tim Hortons as much as I’d like to. This location is my favorite to visit when visiting Buffalo/Niagara Falls. Every visit I never have any issues. Highly recommend!!!

The staff was great, professional and accommodating. It was my first time in a Tim Hortons. I have to be honest. The coffee and donut I sampled was not great. The coffee tasted overwhelming bitter/burnt and the donut was not fresh. However my husband enjoyed his muffin and mango refresher.

This location should not represent other locations. Workers here are rude, mess up orders CONSTANTLY. You wonder why you drive down transit Rd and all other tim Hortons have 10+ cars and this location is drive up 90% of the time. You all for a vanilla coffee with regular vanilla REGULAR VANILLA and they give you the sugar free stuff that makes your coffee SOUR!!! KEEP DRIVING AND GO TO ANOTHER TIM HORTONS.

The old person at the order taking counter was rude and unwelcoming. We had a group order with children. He kept nodding his head in disapproval on different orders. The cream cheese bagels came with cold cheese. Not a place to go again.

I’m visiting Buffalo for 2 days to attend a metallica concert. This place was close to where I’m staying, so i decided to give a try and started with their coffee, i ordered “vanilla creamy iced coffee” and honestly it was not enjoyable at all. The next day i tried their lunch menu, my voice was scruffy so i understood why the young guy didn’t get my Apple fritter order right even though i said it 3 times, but that’s ok. What the real issue was when i got my order i recieved a steak sandwich when i clarified that i wanted a chicken wrap, and that employee was very rude and unprofessional when I said that i order chicken, she just said we don’t have chicken and turned away. I don’t eat steak due to religious purposes but do i don’t bother the employees of tim horton, some rodent will have to about that steak wrap.

Tim Hortons is absolute garbage, they serve burnt coffees and can’t even get a simple breakfast sandwich order right. I ordered a croissant with bacon on it, I stated that loud and clear 3 times in the drive through and they give me sausage on it instead. Petty but how hard is it to listen???? This location just adds to the rest of the other lazy incompetent ones that exist.
