It was a little bit busy. I sat at the bar, and the bartender Sarah asked me right away what I wanted! I ordered a drink and food. The food was out in less than 10 min. Everything was very good.

I’ve never had anything I didn’t love, but the Rockford burger is to die for! They also do biweekly specials to switch things up. I love trying new things and haven’t had a special I didn’t find very tasty! Service is always prompt and friendly!

For as big as this place is adding a few more table games like Foosball or more arcade and pinball machines would be a great add, but other than that what’s there is still fun and entertaining and they have a good selection of beers and food. Burgers were really good, staff has always been friendly! Tried the Buffalo chicken wrap last time, has a good amount of crispy chicken in it with a mixture of salad and vegetables, but (I may be particular to this brand because it’s all I use) I’d like to see them use Franks Buffalo wing sauce, I wasn’t a fan of the Buffalo sauce they used, it was far to vinegary.

We ended up unknowingly going during karaoke night right when it started. It was ok but the volume was way too loud. We sat on the complete other side and I could barely hear the waitress or my table mates. It definitely needs to be turned down a bit.

The Rockford Burger was delicious and best fries on the west side of city. Casual sports bar atmosphere, plenty of seating and didn’t take long to get our food. Would recommend.

It’s a difficult time – help is hard to come by, I completely understand. But…. We sat in the dining room right next to the doors to the kitchen where every server passes by, right next to the server’s stand, right next to the bar where numerous staff go to get behind the bar, we attempted to make eye contact with every staff member who would so much as glance our way. And not once in those 45 minutes did anyone ask if we had been helped, if we were going to have drinks, if we wanted menus…. It was the twilight zone or candid camera and we were the ones who were going to be asked to smile. I’m stunned. Truly. Not sure what we did to deserve being treated so poorly, but I’d go anywhere but back to this place. I’ve had better service at the DMV.

Food isn’t anything to brag about. The Rubens bread wasn’t even toasted. Waffle fries had no seasoning and the bill was $18.00 which isn’t overly expensive but I’ve had WAYbetter for cheaper. I wasnt that happy last time I tried this place, but tried it again. And there won’t be a next time!
