Customer service has really improved the past several months. I don’t know if a new manager is driving the improvements or if the drivers are. The past several times, they’ve really gone out of their way for me. I tip more now and I’m happy to because they do an excellent job. So wonderful!

Made order on Papa John website for delivery. They outsourced the delivery through DoorDash. Never received order called store to inquire. Said over phone they would refund and give me new order. Refused to refund money back or even give back tip that I had tipped on the original order that went to the DoorDash driver. Will never order from here again

I’ve worked as a delivery driver for almost 2 years. What I did not like about working for this company was, I was basically getting robbed. I was always getting underpaid. I was working part-time but my paycheck was always at least $200 short. The assistant manager, Brent is a great guy, it’s just I did not appreciate how little I was getting paid.

So I like ordering my pizza from this location. It’s very close to my job. My last encounter with them was today and the lady who I spole with on the phone was so nasty. I mean she kept cutting me off, not listening to anything I was saying. I believe customer service is important and if you want people to support to business you can’t be rude. It’s not my fault that you don’t have enough workers on staff. If I’m paying for your food, then I expect to be treated with respect. Then I called again to find out the status of my pizza and I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. Again…poor customer service. I don’t get it. I’m very upset about this. I’ve missed my lunch time and I gotta warm up the pizza that I paid for to be warm. Unacceptable. food is good, service leaves MUCH to be desired.

I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s at least 20 times this year. They have NEVER gotten my order correct, there is ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG OR FORGOTTEN. Even when you call back and complain and they send a free pizza THERE WILL STILL BE PROBLEMS. I am done dealing with these rude idiots. And honestly, the 50% off specials aren’t even that great of a deal. Delivery fee is $3.99 now. Sheesh.

Rude!!!! Worst place ever!!!!! We ordered online n picked it up and the lady was so rude. I told her our order was ready for pickup and she said you gave you wait five min. And when I added soda she told me to wait another five minutes because she was busy. After five min asking again she was so rude and said next time I N won’t give out unless you pay online. Thanks for the extemely bad experience today. I gave you a third chance but now I need to express my discontent with your service. I do not know where to start….maybe with the hair in my BBQ chicken pizza that actually looked like PUBIC HAIR, because there is no way anyone can shed that much hair. In addition to that, the pizza arrive barely warm, missing my extra garlic sauces, peronccini and a missing chicken wing. I truly hope you get shut down.

Ordered 1 large pizza. After 15 minutes the tracker said its ready to pick up. Came into the shop in another 10 minutes. The pizza wasn’t even started. Waited for another 20 minutes outside. Ridiculous!
