OMG 5 star restaurant right here! This restaurant is beautiful and the food was amazing! I had a mouth watering seared salmon filet, orange dreamsicle brulee for dessert, and a few angry orchard apple cider cold ones! And thanks to Elizabeth! Great service! Will be back.

A suave joint right in downtown! Walking into a freshly remodeled interior set the mood for the evening! Quickly greeted and served our drinks we settled in for our meal. Starting off with the perogies, they were served with a marinara and some artichoke dip? But either way was quite delicious! Then we followed up with the Mexicali Blues 2.0 and unfortunately the flavors just didn’t hit their mark, especially for the price. Although, my uncle got the Kung Pao Chop and he inhaled it! Overall a good evening, and would like to give it another shot with their unique menu.

Wow! Is all I can say. This is in the old Wren’s department store entrance on Main Street. The men’s clothing store section. The restaurant itself is very nice and the staff is sharp, attentive, approachable and friendly. The FOOD is outstanding. From the bread, tyne and basil, to the appetizer, to the dinner every thing was delicious. We had a large party about 30, but I’d assume for normal party sizes they’d be just as accommodating. 1st time here, but it will not be my last. Stop in at Stella Bleu Bistro. You will not be disappointed.

I loved the atmosphere of this place, but I will return for the delicious food. It had sort of an unassuming Store front on a pretty little side street in Springfield. But it’s actually pretty spectacular when you walk inside. Very cool, modern decor, filled with original photographs taken on the streets of Paris. The menu is moderately priced with creative options. I had Moroccan spiced shrimp which was all flavor without excess heat. So good. Next time I am in Springfield, I will definitely be back here.
