My sister had just got finished getting her drink and I was waiting at the register to order and was blatantly ignored so they could wipe down the counters, talk about the schedule and sweep the floor. I’m glad cleanliness comes before business. I ended up leaving because I didn’t have time to wait for them to finish cleaning before acknowledging me.

My dad asked for a different drink after he thought his cold brew tasted a bit too bitter or “burnt” and as he was walking away I heard the barista say “can’t burn something that ain’t cooked”. I thought that was incredibly rude and disrespectful – Starbucks is a multimillion dollar company, it won’t hurt them to switch out my 62 year old dad’s coffee for a different drink. Also I ordered light ice but the cup was almost filled to the top with ice. Like they can’t afford to put a little more latte in my latte lol??

First time there, they made our drinks fast but the end result was tragic. The drinks did not taste good and was not up to standards. After handing out the drinks the person took off without saying thank you or have good day. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

This review is only for Starbucks — this Albertsons is otherwise a great place yo shop during the pandemic. I would have loved to have had a skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks, but when I saw that Theresa, the clerk, was wearing her mask way below her nose, I passed. Her mask was still not covering her nose when I was leaving the store. Her attitude was quite hostile when I took her name. The next time I was in the store, Desiree (another employee) was standing at the Starbucks counter for several minutes visiting with Theresa. Desiree did not have her mask covering her nose, so I took her name. As I was walking away, Theresa said very nastily “Yeah, that’s the one.”
