The freshest pizza around! My favorite location by far. Since new management has taken over, efficiency and timelines as well as customer appreciation has risen drastically. They do everything they can to provide the best service possible. While there is no drink machine or cold water available due to health inspection standards (they aren’t going to give you a cup of water from the dish sink that is disgusting, all coworkers drink bottled water) if there is a mess-up of any kind they do their best to make up for a mistake; accidents happen!

95 percent of the time my pizza is well done like I like, and the other 5 percent of the time it’s done but not quiet as much as I like. It’s still good though. I love the thin crust. We also get the salads alot and the subs.

I ordered take out with my fiancee. I’ve never had their pizza but my experience with the food was great! The pizza just tastes amazing and real. The garlic around the crust is what gives it the cherry on top.

Great Customer service! We brought 3 large pizzas, and 1 medium, and 2 hoagies for around $50. Our cashier made sure we took advantage of the right discounts so we got more for our money. And pizza was great! Pictures speak to it! I didnt even get whole pie pictures!

Although, the pizza was good and order correct, the pizza cutting skills need some work. We had the 2-bite slice, some 3-bite slices and the 1/3 of the entire pizza slice instead of 6-8 closely equal slices. Try making this appear “fair” when feeding multiple children.

Ever since this place changed ownership it’s been terrible. Used to be the best pizza. Now they barely ever put any cheese on the pizza regardless of how many cheese toppings you pile into your order. Want extra cheese? Not getting it at this location. I can overlook the sloppy cutting but I expect my extra cheese + cheddar pizza to have 100% cheese coverage. I do not want to see sauce!

As you know out in Lewisville once it hits 8-9pm everything and I do mean everything is closed or about to close. I was visiting friends and got in off the road later than expected. We decided to order out and discovered this Marco’s was one of the only pizza joints open.

I always order from Marco’s on Jonestown. I always get a pepperoni pizza or a pepperoni magnificent. Well yesterday’s pizza was HORRIBLE. There was grease galore all over it to the point that even the crust was soggy. I immediately called and spoke to Lindsay on the phone who told me, that there is absolutely nothing she can do for me unless I took the pizza to the store, which I wasn’t about to do. I ordered delivery because I couldn’t go to the store. Anyway she tells me that it is a pepperoni pizza and that it’s typically greasy (Lindsay it’s not the first time I ordered or ate a pepperoni pizza). In the end I questioned her what her name was and she told me, and she showed her unprofessionalism and hung up the phone when I told her I would tell her supervisor. I’m very disappointed in their customer service.
