We went through the drive thru this morning around 8. Ordered two donuts and a drink. They stuffed the jelly donut and a sprinkle donut together in one bag, so there was icing everywhere, and none on the jelly donut. Also no napkins. Not the service I’d expect from a dunkin donuts, kinda disappointed and underwhelmed.

The guy at the cash register was great. He was nice. The women behind the counter were swearing and yelling. They were also checking their phones with lines backed up. One of them went to carry peoples drinks to another counter and put their fingers straight into the drink (and then served them!). When we got our drinks they were made wrong and half full. They did not care about their jobs one bit. Praise the guy working at the register for putting up with them.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced- The line was very long and barely moved, and it took us about half an hour to even get to the speaker. Had to wait longer to get our order taken, and ended up being there for almost 45 minutes. Our drinks were not as expected and when I asked for my receipt, I was told they could not provide one as their machine was not printing. Will never go back to this location-horrible service.

We did drive through and ordered iced oat milk lattes. They were fantastic. I don’t usually like ordering from places like this because I prefer to walk in and enjoy my coffee, but this was in a pinch and had to go through drive-thru. The coffee was great. Service was wonderful.

This morning I went through the drive through and ordered an iced latte and egg white omelette bites. My total came to $9.77. I handed the person at the register a $20 and received incorrect change. When I politely corrected the person, they looked at the screen to confirm and blatantly lied and told me the incorrect amount was not wrong. Shocked at her response, I pulled away and into a parking spot. I had to pull my infant son from his car seat and go inside to explain what had happened and collect the correct change (off by more than just cents). At this point I’m now running behind schedule and my son is upset at having to go back in his car seat.. which all could have been avoided if the person at the register would have accepted that they made a simple mistake and was willing to correct it. The service here continues to disappoint me.

Great coffee and my kids love the donuts. The online ordering could use a little work though. I ordered 2 dozen donuts for my daughter’s birthday and I picked the specific donuts we wanted on the app and they just gave us random donuts. That was pretty disappointing.
