I’m not sure I got the full ‘Locali’ experience as I went there with a group of people after a baptism. We were scattered inside and out with lots of little kids so this distracted from the experience certainly. I also believe the appetizers ordered were not something I would have ordered nor was the pizza toppings something I would have ordered.

Had lunch there today and it was really good. The calamari is delicious but our pizzas and salad came out 30 minutes after the 1st 2 pizzas came out. Half the people were done eating before our food came out. The meat balls were great and brussel sprouts were delicious.

Great place to get a fresh wood-fired pizza! The flavors of fresh ingredients are prevalent in the food. The crust is charred to perfection in a wood burning stove. An intimate atmosphere with good service both at that table and at the bar. Cocktails are very good. I recommend this place to anyone who wishes to taste authentic “Neapolitan” pizza!

The Rocket pie tasted like summer! Thin crust with light mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, with a hint of garlic, and topped with loads of fresh arugula. it comes with a ice of lemon wedge for a refreshing touch.

We were in the New Canaan area and couldn’t figured out where to eat so we looked at Google maps and ended up at Locali. Parking was conveniently located across the street in the public lot and only cost $1.00 for the 2+ hours we were there.

The last time we went to Locali probably marks the 50th time since we moved here a couple of years ago. And not one single time have we ever experienced food that was anything but perfectly prepared, delicious and exactly like the first time I tasted it. The consistency is off the charts. I spent a long time in the fine dining restaurant industry in my 20s and 30s and I can tell you right now. I’m quite picky. This kind of consistency is what restaurateurs can only dream about.
