Ordered 4 krystal hamburgers at the drive through, paid, and waited for ten minutes. When i finally got my food I asked why the delay. I was told the grill went down. No apology or anything!!! PLUS…IT WAS OVER 6 BUCKS FOR 4 LITTLE SANDWICHES!!! Not again… I’m not paying that much for a three bite sandwich.

Went through drive thru and was told 15 minutes to cook burgers. Krystal burgers take 15 minutes to cook? So I left and went to get gas and came back. More people sitting in drive thru so went inside. 12 minutes before anyone inside saw me and was told “be right with you.” The floor behind the counter where workers were was nasty. Food and trash on the floor and there was a pungent smell that made me loose my appetite. Left shortly after. I love Krystals and hate that there is not another location near that I can go to. This is not first time either I have tried to eat here with no success but it is the last time after going in and seeing and smelling what I saw and smelled.

So we ordered some food right? NAH, this stuff was 2 dollars a Krystal and yes we did the math but later when we went in because they were taking a while but guess what happened… THE PRICES WERE 10 DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN THEY CHARGED US IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. It wasn’t even worth it because 2 packs of fries were cold and the other was warm but chewy. Later in the car my sister finished her sprite then opened it to eat some ice and found a dead ant in her drink. Overall this place was worse than that summer camp bathroom back in 2006.
