We were very dissapointed by the staff there, it was in July, very crowded place, and they were screaming on customers to be fast at deciding and placing orders.

Noisy. Crowded. Did I mention loud?. But hey, it’s Broadway, get over it. Burger was OK. Fries were a disappointment, no better than the frozen supermarket kind. The chocolate milkshake, however, was killer. Would I go to Shake Shack again? I live in LA, where we have In-and-Out. What do you think?

First time I’ve been to this Shake Shack in years and it’s changed. It used to be a line out the door, but around 11:30 on a Sunday? There weren’t that many people around, which surprised me.

Absolutely overpriced! My experience talking about restaurant in NY was extraordinary until I got dinner in this place, Mc Donald or burger king is way better, this is a regular burger from a fast food place and The bathrooms were disgusting. I paid $45 for the food you see in the picture

It’s just really good. You can make your burger low carb. There are a lot of people, so you have to wait, but it’s worth it. Prices are average, for example, a double shake burger will cost $10. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is friendly and cleans the tables carefully. I recommend this place to everyone.

This is a very busy location. The service was speedy for the amount of traffic. The customer service was blah. It was normal for New York. The restaurant was dirty and trash was overflowing. Do better on the cleanliness! And this was in the area we had to eat in.

Very delicious and juicy burgers, the cheese on the fries is extremely tasty and does not make the fries soggy or lose its crispiness. The sauce on the burger is also very delicious. The drink is fantastic which is the pomegranate.

The Theater District branch of Shake Shack. Usual good quality burgers and custard. Tried the veggie burger for the first time, very good.
