Amazing staff and service overall. Though the manager needs to learn some leadership skills and not tell-off the team members infront of the customers. Give better feedback and stop being condescending to them, they’ve not been doing this for 5yrs+. The drive through window person was very nice. The person who collected our money was also very nice. Felt good about the experience up till then. We ordered two Maple Sugar Bacon sandwiches on a croissant. First, not sure if it was suppose to be cold or they had forgotten to put the cheese on it while it was made but, the cheese was cold (not even melted). And secondly, I ate half way through the sandwich before I even tasted the bacon. It was like all the bacon was put only on one side of the sandwich. Today was not a good Dunkin Donut day

The donuts were not the freshest we’ve ever had. Seemed they may have been trucked to that location instead of baked on-site. The restroom was okay, not great. The floor had puddles. Couldn’t tell if that was from recent washing or bad plumbing.
