This is just unacceptable, poor customer service, handling and character. Order was messed up and was given the wrong pizza that I paid for on the app a couple weeks ago “This was the free pizza to make up for the mess up.” The manager is nice and reminded me to come back that my name is in the books, but the employees. I called in and they had an attitude and honestly just quit if you don’t want to work there. Whoever owns this store they’re running it into the ground. Looks like they ate off of it.

If the employees, managers, or affiliates are not going to perform basic duties or those who own and oversee this particular store do not seem to concerned with how their business is ran. A hot N ready pizza is at the least supposed to be HOT N READY not warm and stale. I’ve worked at this particular store so yes I know what to expect.

They have great tasting pizza and the best prices! Service was kind and it seems she was working alone. Atmo is what you’d expect as it’s more of a drive thru. Honestly, I find Domino’s and Papa John’s pizza is too dry. Skimping on the sauce, but Little Caesar’s has just enough.

I did drive through and the lady was very short with me and treated me like I was completely wasting her time and all I got was a couple bags of their amazing breadsticks! This is not the first time she has served me and it’s the same every time. Definitely need to work on customer service!

The food here is on point, but understand you will be waiting a hot minute to receive it. Went there yesterday and ordered the Slices n Sticks. Had to wait 35 minutes for my order to come out. For one pizza. If you have a lot of extra time, go for it. If you expect to roll up in there and leave in a timely manner, you will be disappointed. The average wait time runs at 15-20 min consistently.
