Culver’s is always our go to pit stop for family road trips across the Midwest because it’s kid friendly, they have big menu, and the food is consistently good. We’ve probably been to 20+ different Culver’s locations between IA, MN, WI, and MI. The Princeton, IL location wins the award for most beautiful flower arrangement and outdoor seating area! I love a business with attention to detail, and the stunning flower display was such a nice touch at this location. Kudos to the Culver’s team at this location (especially the friendly gentleman who was literally watering the flowers throughout our lunch meal on the patio). Oh, and of course the food was great per usual!

2 Stars now- they changes the juicy crispy chicken sandwhich to a thin dry, oversized and overbreaded/fried piece of chicken. AND my family order last night was missing items AGAIN. It’s really hit or miss here in terms of the drive thru service (never done dine in here), the accuracy of your order (over 75% of our orders are never exact), and the fresh/quality of your food (sometimes the burger seems smashed or old, the fries are Brown, and the drinks seem to have been sitting awhile because it tastes watered down and there’s barely any ice in it).

Staff was super friendly and polite; but they got my parents orders wrong. Forgot utensils, forgot their sides, and when I got a free scoop with my kids meal they filled it up with like six pieces of cookie dough and it barely filled up half the cup. I was so disappointed because everytime I get a scoop from other locations they pack the ice cream good (which I don’t expect but it’s always exciting) or they fill it up decently and aren’t cheap on the cookie dough. The staff was polite when my parents asked about their missing sides and they apologized but from reading these reviews I think the staff needs to be more attentive and pay a bit more attention. I love the manners and politeness!

On a road trip. This place exceeded expectations. Made to order and extremely fresh fries. The drive through was fast and efficient even though it was busy. The staff was exceptional and friendly. My boyfriend and I both purchased the spicy chicken sandwiches and fries. Great experience for fast food.

Culver’s makes everything to order and is probably twice as fast as McDs …even w/ the curb service …the burgers are always juicy and condiments fresh …try the Strawberry Fields salad or the Chicken Bacon Bleu salad m..they are fresh and delicious …and where else can u get a GIANT cod sandwich ? or breaded shrimp ? Yum !
