Should have read the reviews first. For the money I would expect more. Barely any meat or lettuce on my sub. We asked for jalapeno peppers on our sandwiches. Instead we got sauteed diced, oily and burnt green peppers on our sandwiches and now my cheese is oily as a result. Roast beef was was scarce and burnt on one sandwich. Sauce was watery for our mozzarella sticks. This is the most disgusting and disappointing meal I have ever had. Honestly, I feel like I’ve been robbed.

The first time I ordered through doordash but they had their own drivers. They allowed teens to take our order from their car instead of delivering to the address given. The second time they said delivery would be an hour. When I called over an hr later they ignored my multiple calls to see if they were even coming. They then said they forgot and said another 30 minutes. By the time we got our food it was two hours past ordering. It tasted like frozen pizza and the wings weren’t cooked thoroughly as well as dressing for our salad was missing. Their customer service is trash & the food isn’t worth it.

I was trying to order a pie for dinner. The person on the phone was rude because we asked him why was it 12.95 instead the 10.99 on the takeout menu. He said that what the price is and hung up. This M.F. Is rude and we always order from Fresh Basil but not anymore until we get an apology from the person on the phone.

First time at Fresh Basil Pizza today and had an amazing experience, the food was amazing , the antipasto salad was so Fresh I loved it so much and the garlic bread that came with it my kids devoured . The pizza was super good and the wings with fries. The staff was so attentive and friendly and the price amazing . We will definitely be back . Thank you so much for the great food staff of the Fresh Basil .

I ordered my usual a Pepperoni calzone with no Ricotta cheese and it was delicious. I have ordered this many times and it never disappoints! I don’t like ricotta cheese and they always get my special order right. I also love their Garlic Parm wings! They are the best in town. Great service also!

I ordered the baked ziti dinner. It came with a house salad and garlic bread. The ziti definitely needed more sauce but It was loaded with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. The salad was fresh and crisp and had a good variety of stuff. Overall everything was fresh and the portion sizes were good. No way i could finish in one sitting and could definitely get two meals out of it. They Delivered to me and it took just over an hour and 20 min. I would order from here again.

It’s now been an hour and 1/2, ordered through doordash but when you call they tell you doordash is on a different time but door dash says they deliver their own orders! He had multiple orders or who knows when my pizza will be here but it will most likely be cold! UPDATE, 1 hour and 50 minutes later our pizza was delivered and I asked the guy if the was door dash or worked for Fresh basil and he said he worked for fresh basil meanwhile the whole time I called fresh basil they kept blaming door dash!

I tried to order online at first but got an error message saying I was out of delivery area. I found that to be odd cause I was literally 8 mins away from the restaurant. After placing my order it took over an hour to arrive. You know everyone just loves cold pizza & wings. Smh.. I could’ve just saved my twenty dollars to be honest. I just don’t get how the place is 8 minutes from here but it took so long.
